Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Motor Federation (BMF), has been elected Vice President of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) for the Middle East and North Africa.

His election reflects his long-standing involvement in global motorsport and the strong reputation Bahrain has built within the FIA community.

Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa said he was honoured to take on the role and emphasised his commitment to supporting the FIA’s direction under President Mohammed Ben Sulayem, particularly in advancing motorsport development across the region.

He is also a member of the FIA World Motor Sport Council, the organisation’s highest rule-making body, and serves on the FIA President’s senior leadership team.
