Manama, Sep. 8 (BNA): Bahrain Football Association Chairman Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from FIFA President Gianni Infantino on his re-election unopposed for a new four-year term until 2025.

The Fifa boss  also extended his congratulations to the newly-elected BFA board members, hailing their efforts to promote football and sports ethics in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

In the cable, Infantino wished the BFA board success, looking forward to working with them over the coming years to further develop soccer in Bahrain.
