Washington, Oct. 23 (BNA): Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia, met with Jacob Helberg, Undersecretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment o the United States.

The meeting reviewed strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries in the digital economy, clean technologies, and innovation, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).The officials discussed cooperation in sustainable technology development; support for innovative initiatives in energy, the environment, and the digital economy; and exploration of opportunities that contribute to global sustainable development.

They also highlighted the Kingdom’s growing role as a key partner in driving the global transition toward a more sustainable economy.
