Manama, Mar. 18 (BNA): Bahrain Club won the Bahrain Table Tennis Association League title for the 2025–2026 season, securing their 25th championship after defeating rivals Saar Club 3–1 in a match lasting over two and a half hours.

Saar delivered a much stronger performance than in their earlier 3–0 loss, even staging a comeback to win one match after Bahrain had taken the first two and nearly a third.

The decisive match saw Bahrain’s captain Murtadha Hussain claim a 3–1 victory to seal the title.

The trophy ceremony has been postponed due to current circumstances, while the national team begins preparations for the World Cup in London with an international tournament in Tunisia.
