Abu Dhabi, Dec. 5 (BNA): His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, received Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, who is on a working visit to the UAE.

According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the meeting discussed the close relations between the UAE and the Kurdistan Region and means to strengthen cooperation in support of shared development goals.

The two sides also addressed regional issues of common interest and stressed the importance of promoting peace and stability for the benefit of all countries and peoples in the region.
