Manama, Jan. 3 (BNA): The Ministry of Interior (MOI) Show Jumping Team won first place in the Grand Competition of the Royal Show Jumping Championship, organised by the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) and held at the Military Sports Union Arena in Al Raffa.

Major General Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi, Supervisor of the team, extended congratulations to General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior. He noted that the continued follow up by the Chief of Police, Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, of ministry teams during their participation in local, regional, and international championships has contributed to positive results across various sporting events.

He also expressed appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of BREEF, and to Shaikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Show Jumping Committee, for the organisation and supervision that contributed to the success of the championship. He further commended the Military Sports Union for its role in preparing and hosting the competition.
