Cairo, Feb. 21 (BNA): Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, and Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Speaker of the Shura Council, arrived in Egypt to participate in the 7th Arab Parliament Conference and the Assembly of Heads of Arab Councils and Parliaments. The conference will be held tomorrow at the Arab League headquarters.

Upon arrival, they were received by Mohammed Ahmed Al Yamahi, President of the Arab Parliament, and Fawziya bint Abdullah Zainal, Ambassador of Bahrain to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League.

The conference will address the issuance of the "Arab Parliamentary Document to Support the Resilience of the Palestinian People and Reject Plans of Displacement, Annexation, and the Liquidation of the Palestinian Cause," as part of reaffirming the Arab parliaments' support for the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to establish an independent State of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
