Manama, Dec. 10 (BNA): On the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s National Day celebrations and the Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s Accession to the Throne, and the accompanying national events that embody pride in the nation and its leadership, the Northern Governorate has announced the organisation of a series of national activities and programmes aimed at enhancing community participation and reinforcing values of loyalty and belonging.

Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Northern Governor, said that this year’s programme focuses on enhancing communication and national participation across all segments of society.

The programme includes several public activities, most notably the traditional Ardah performance in Al Jasra on December 12, the Ardah in Budaiya on December 17, and the Bahrain Police parade on Abu Subh Shore on December 20, in addition to the police music band performance at District 1 Mall and the sports tournament at Al Ittifaq Club.

The Governorate will conclude its activities with the Nation Children 3 event, organised in cooperation with the Human Resources Directorate at the Ministry of Interior, scheduled to take place at Al Liwan Mall from December 25-27.
