Manama, Sep. 12 (BNA): Fahad Mohammed Salem bin Kardous Al Ameri, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain, said the visit of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to Bahrain reflected the depth of the close ties between the two countries and peoples, and the commitment of their leaderships to strengthening the strategic partnership and advancing bilateral cooperation.

The ambassador said in a statement that the meeting between HH the UAE President and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa embodied the longstanding ties between the two leaders and their mutual keenness to develop bilateral relations.

Ambassador Al Ameri noted that the visit was an opportunity to deepen coordination and consultation between the UAE and Bahrain, commending the efforts of HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in supporting stability and prosperity in the region.

He added that the discussions between HH the UAE President and His Majesty the King provided strong momentum to open new horizons for cooperation and further advance the distinguished relations between the two countries across various domains, in support of the aspirations of their peoples for greater progress and prosperity.
