Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, on the successful conclusion of the 46th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
