Manama, Nov. 25 (BNA): Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, met with Dr. Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri, Secretary-General of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD), to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in environmental research and studies.

The minister highlighted Bahrain's pride in its strong ties with the UAE and affirmed the Supreme Council for Environment's commitment to strengthening collaboration with the EAD in various environmental domains, in line with the directives of both leaderships and the aspirations of their peoples.

The meeting also addressed topics related to enhancing marine research cooperation between the two countries.
