Manama, Nov. 13 (BNA): Salman Hassan Al Jalahma, Chief of the Americas Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a delegation of staff members from the United States Senate and House of Representatives, on the occasion of their official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Al Jalahma emphasised Bahrain’s commitment to strengthening its strategic partnership with the United States, enhancing cooperation, and advancing the exchange of expertise in support of shared interests and ongoing collaborative efforts.

The meeting reviewed means to further develop cooperation and advance implementation of the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA). Discussions also covered regional and international developments and issues of shared interest, with a focus on regional integration and efforts to support stability and prosperity.

Al Jalahma reiterated Bahrain’s commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at reinforcing security, peace, and stability at the regional and international levels.
