Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, honoured the institutions and individuals who received the Bahrain Society for Human Capital Management (BSCM) Excellence Award, held during the 25th Annual BSCM Congress.

Al Saleh commended the BSCM for its commitment to recognising national, regional, and international talents and celebrating their achievements during the annual congress.

He commended the efforts of the society and the judging committee in identifying deserving individuals and organisations, highlighting their success stories across various sectors.

The chairman congratulated the award winners, emphasising that the recognition serves as a motivation for national talents to continue their efforts and turn challenges into opportunities for success and achievement.

Al Saleh also noted that the annual congress provides an important platform for professionals, officials, and stakeholders to exchange experiences and expertise in human resources development.

He commended the society’s focus on discussing strategies for sustaining institutional excellence and leveraging artificial intelligence applications to enhance the contributions and initiatives of employees in both public and private institutions.
