Bahrain condemns two terrorist bombings in Pakistan
Manama, Nov. 12 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain condemned and denounced the bombing that took place in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The attacks targeted a court building in the capital, Islamabad, and a cadet college in the Wana district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in the northwest of the country, resulting in the death and injury of several innocent people.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended Bahrain’s condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as to the families of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery to those injured.
The Ministry underscored Bahrain’s firm and principled stance against all forms of violence and terrorism, and called for intensified international efforts to combat these heinous acts, which seek to undermine security and stability and to terrorise innocent civilians.
