Islamabad, Jan. 3 (BNA): Pakistan’s military announced that the Pakistan Air Force has successfully conducted a test of the domestically developed Taimoor cruise missile weapon system.

In a statement, the military said the air-launched Taimoor cruise missile is capable of accurately engaging land and maritime targets at a range of up to 600 kilometres.

The statement added that the missile is equipped with an advanced navigation and guidance system and is designed to fly at very low altitudes, enhancing its ability to evade hostile air and missile defence systems.
