Doha, Apr. 14 (BNA): Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, met His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, in Doha.

According to the Middle East News Agency (MENA), President El Sisi emphasised the importance of enhancing cooperation between Egypt and Qatar across various domains, particularly by increasing Qatari investments in Egypt and boosting trade exchange in a way that meets the aspirations of both peoples.

Mohamed El Shennawy, Presidential Spokesman for Egypt, said the meeting included an expanded session attended by both countries’ delegations, followed by a bilateral discussion between the President and the Amir.
