Manama, Nov 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (89) of 2024, announcing a cabinet reshuffle, based on the proposal by the Prime Minister, as follows:

Article 1

The following ministers are referred to retirement:

- Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications.

- Osama bin Ahmed Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development.

Article 2

The following appointments are made:

- Dr Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa as Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications.

- Osama bin Saleh Al Alawi as Minister of Social Development.

Article 3

The Prime Minister shall implement the provision of this decree, which shall come into effect from its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
