HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister receives several of the Kingdom's newly appointed Ambassadors
Manama, Aug. 21 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received several of the Kingdom’s newly appointed ambassadors; HE Dr Mohammed Ali Behzad, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium; HE Khalil Yaqoub Al Khayyat, Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand; and HE Ahmed Ibrahim Al Qurainees, Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, at Gudaibiya Palace.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness underscored the Kingdom’s steadfast commitment to promoting the values of tolerance and advancing diplomatic relations built on trust and mutual respect. This approach, guided by the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, continues to reinforce Bahrain’s global standing as a vital contributor to regional and international peace and stability.
His Royal Highness also outlined Bahrain’s dedication to strengthening cooperation and joint coordination with partner countries across a wide range of diverse sectors.
In this regard, His Royal Highness highlighted the pivotal role of Bahrain’s diplomatic missions in bolstering bilateral ties, advancing shared interests, and showcasing the Kingdom’s accomplishments across regional and global platforms.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister concluded by congratulating the ambassadors on their appointments and wished them every success in fulfilling their diplomatic responsibilities.
For their part, the newly appointed ambassadors expressed their sincere gratitude for His Royal Highness’ unwavering support of the Kingdom’s diplomatic efforts. They affirmed their resolve to strengthen Bahrain’s international partnerships and enhance its diplomatic presence in pursuit of shared aspirations.
The meeting was also attended by HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, HE Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials.
