Abu Dhabi, Feb. 8 (BNA): His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, today received His Excellency Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of South Sudan, who is on a working visit to the UAE.

The two leaders discussed cooperation between the UAE and South Sudan, as well as opportunities to expand ties, particularly in the fields of economy, investment, agriculture, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

The two sides also exchanged views on several topics of mutual interest, WAM reported.
