Jordan, South Africa discuss strengthening cooperation
Amman, Aug. 20 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan held a round of political consultations with the Republic of South Africa, headed by Majid Qatarneh, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs of Jordan and Candith Mashego-Dlamini, Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa.
The meeting reviewed means to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries across various domains, including economic, trade, investment, education, and tourism, particularly religious tourism, according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra).
Both sides agreed to continue cooperation and coordination on issues of mutual concern, exchange support for UN nominations, and follow regional developments.
