Manama, Mar. 17 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a written letter from Charles Michel, Minister of State, former Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium, and Honourary President of the European Council.

Minister Michel expressed his full solidarity and support for the Kingdom of Bahrain in light of the extreme escalation in the Middle East and the military actions the Kingdom has faced. He expressed his deep regret over this escalation occurring during the Holy Month of Ramadhan.

He also affirmed his full support for His Majesty the King and for the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He emphasised his strong condemnation of any acts that would violate the sovereignty of states or threaten their territorial integrity, security, and stability, as they represent a violation of international laws and norms.

Minister Michel expressed his confidence in the wisdom of His Majesty the King and in the steadfast ability of the Kingdom of Bahrain to overcome this stage with all dignity and competence, wishing the Kingdom and its people continued security and prosperity.
