Manama, Mar. 25 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,957.49 points, marking an increase of 5.87 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector and the industrial sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 804.54 points, marking a decrease of 3.95 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 80 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,101,425 worth BD 699,437.

Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 69.72% of the total value of securities traded.
