Manama, Oct. 23 (BNA): The Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) announced that the recent technical issue affecting a limited number of government systems, websites, and applications in the Kingdom of Bahrain, caused by a global cloud infrastructure disruption, has been fully resolved. All services have now resumed normal operations.

The iGA confirmed that users can fully access and utilise all digital government systems, noting that services are now stable and operating as usual.

The authority encouraged users who have enquiries regarding government digital services to contact the Government Services Contact Centre at 80008001 or submit requests through the National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
