Manama, Aug. 28 (BNA): Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al Ali Al Sabah on his appointment as Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs in the State of Kuwait.
