Manama, Oct. 23 (BNA): Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the third edition of Cityscape Bahrain will be held on November 25-29 at the Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir.

Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), thanked His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his patronage of the event, which reflects continuous support for the real estate sector. He emphasised that this patronage reflects the strong support the sector enjoys, being one of the most prominent sectors contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of the Kingdom and supporting the developmental sectors that underpin the paths of development.

He explained that Bahrain’s hosting of international real estate exhibitions reflects the Kingdom’s solid international confidence in organising and hosting major events. He added that the fourth edition of the exhibition will continue to highlight Bahrain’s distinguished integrated legislative system and facilitate investment incentives, enhancing investor confidence and creating greater opportunities for growth and innovation in this vital sector.

Cityscape Bahrain 2025 will be held over five days, showcasing the most prominent real estate projects and promising opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors. Alongside the exhibition, the fourth edition of the accompanying Dialogue Platform will be held from November 25-28 under the theme "Investment in the Kingdom of Bahrain," featuring a selection of speakers and industry leaders to discuss urban development, improving the quality of life, and consolidating Bahrain’s position as a leading destination for investment in the real estate sector.

The event is organised by RERA and Informa Markets, continuing the great success achieved by previous editions and embodying its position as one of the most prominent real estate and investment platforms in the region.

The fourth edition of the exhibition is expected to attract widespread interest from investors, developers, industry pioneers, real estate sector enthusiasts, seekers of premium real estate opportunities, and specialists in architectural design, as it represents a strategic platform to showcase the latest projects and explore distinctive investment opportunities.
