Mogadishu, June 11 (BNA): Ali Yusuf Ali, Minister of Interior of the Federal Republic of Somalia, met with Ambassador James Swan, United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary General for Somalia, in Mogadishu.

According to the Somali National News Agency (SONNA), the meeting discussed means to enhance joint cooperation between Somalia and the UN. The discussion focused on accelerating efforts to achieve stability and reconciliation, to hold elections, to expand the scope of public services, and to coordinate priority activities for state-building.
