Manama, Jan. 28 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (2) of 2026, transferring and appointing two directors general at the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, following a proposal by the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture and the approval of the Cabinet. The decree stipulates the following:

Article (I)

Mohammed Saad Mohammed Al Sahli, Director General of the Capital Municipality Secretariat at the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, is transferred and appointed as Director General of the Northern Municipality at the same ministry, succeeding Lamia Yousif Al Fadhala.

Article (II)

Aliah Yousif Yahya Hassan Yousif is appointed Director-General of the Capital Municipality Secretariat at the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, succeeding Mohammed Saad Mohammed Al Sahli.

Article (III)

The Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture shall implement the provisions of the decree, which comes into effect upon its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
