Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Turki bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the National Arts Council, on the successful conclusion of the 46th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
