Manama, Sep. 11 (BNA): Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,943.38 points, marking an increase of 1.07 points above the previous closing.

This increase was due to a rise in the financial sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 907.45 points, marking an increase of 7.02 points above the previous closing.

Results indicated that 76 equity transactions took place with a volume of 4,562,167 worth BD 904,706.

Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 80.07% of the total value of securities traded.
