Manama, Nov. 25 (BNA): First Motors has supported a greening project for the public transport station on Al Quds Avenue, as part of the fourth phase of the national afforestation campaign "Forever Green."

Shaikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa, Secretary General of the National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD), highlighted that this support represents the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and expanding green spaces to enehance quality of life.

Mariam Al Ansari, Undersecretary for Land Transport and Post at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, underscored the project’s importance in enhancing the urban environment, aligning with the National Afforestation Strategy, and improving public transport services.

Nawaf Khaled Al Zayani, Managing Director of First Motors, expressed pride in the company’s involvement in the initiative, reaffirming its commitment to supporting projects that enhance the environment and expand Bahrain’s green spaces.
